Shipping rates are displayed clearly at checkout and depend on the destination country and, if applicable, the order value.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, USA), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Evargana.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship with reliable carriers depending on destination and package size:

• UPS (on request or for express shipping)

7. Undeliverable Shipments / Returns

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for resending the parcel.
