Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The return period starts on the day you or a person designated by you – who is not the carrier – takes possession of the goods.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • It is in its original packaging with all labels attached

  • Cosmetics and personal care items must not have been opened for hygienic reasons

  • The return is made within the 14-day period


Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Exception: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items with a short shelf life

  • Sale items, discounted products, or digital gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us again at info@evargana.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon arrival.
If an item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@evargana.com – we’ll resolve it quickly for you.
