We package each product with the utmost care. Should anything arrive damaged, please send a photo and a brief description to info@evargana.com within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account has advantages: You can complete your orders faster, save shipping addresses, and collect exclusive offers or loyalty points.
We currently do not offer cash on delivery. You can pay securely via PayPal, credit card, or Klarna—including invoice.
Once your order is paid, it will be processed quickly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can stop the shipment if necessary.

Almost all Evargana products are vegan and cruelty-free . We place great importance on transparent ingredients, fair sourcing, and environmentally friendly production. You can find details for each product.
Our natural-based products have a shelf life of at least 6–12 months (see label). Look for the small cream jar symbol indicating the month. They stay fresh for a particularly long time when stored in a cool, dark place.

Our products are made from natural ingredients and prefer a cool, dry place, away from light. Please store them at room temperature, if possible, rather than in the bathroom—and make sure your hands are clean when using them.
